With missions related to counternarcotics, border security, reconnaissance, embassy transportation, and other efforts, the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office of Aviation (INL/A) carries out diverse operations worldwide. Bureau needs go beyond traditional IT services to include rapid deployment to jungle, desert, and mountain regions, as well as nontechnical initiatives such as curriculum design and bilingual training. Headquartered in Melbourne, Florida, Tsymmetry serves as the technology division for INL/A at home and abroad. Together with INL/A, our OCONUS locations support high-risk aviation operations such as aerial eradication and interdiction of narcotics, countering illegal mining and logging, and supporting embassies in high threat areas.

Understanding the importance and sensitivity of the missions we support, our job doesn’t end at five o’clock. Not only are we focused on the mission, but we also strive for continuous improvement, navigating challenges with expertise and proficiency. For example, during hurricane Irma in 2017, Tsymmetry maintained 100 percent network availability and support, despite power losses at the primary data center location that lasted for more than a week. We also support new needs as missions evolve.
