Tsymmetry staff who support the SEVP Response Center program enjoyed a reception at Bar Louie last week to celebrate the promotions of Kevin Overstreet and Kellie Tyler. The team enjoyed a chance to catch up and to reflect on the growth the contract has undergone.
Kevin joined the program in 2015 as a Help Desk Representative and has risen to fill the position of Operations Manager. Kevin is looking forward to working closely with the client, allowing him to anticipate current and future needs of the contract. Kevin expects his approach, “will allow the Level II staff to be on the forefront of the great work we do.”
Kellie Tyler, now transitioning to her new role as Task Lead, has supported SEVP since 2016 and joined Tsymmetry in 2018 as a Help Desk Specialist.
“This promotion showed me that if you work hard at what you do, no matter how long you’ve been doing it, you can achieve a lot. I am very grateful for this opportunity and pleased that my hard work didn’t go unnoticed. I’m excited for what’s ahead in my new role and ready to accomplish new goals that I have set with Tsymmetry.”
